Last updated: January 1, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Casino Party Dealers website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Casino Party Dealers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting any form on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Casino Party Dealers operates as a marketplace and network connecting the following parties:
- Dealers: Individuals seeking training, certification, and gig opportunities in the casino entertainment industry
- Event Clients: Individuals and businesses seeking casino party entertainment for events
- Event Companies: Casino party operators seeking qualified dealers and event leads
- Aspiring Operators: Individuals seeking mentorship and systems to launch casino party businesses
We facilitate connections between these parties but are not a party to any employment, contractor, or service agreements that may result from those connections.
3. Dealer Network Participation
Application and Acceptance
Submission of a dealer application does not guarantee acceptance into the Casino Party Dealers network. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
Training
Training workshops, when offered, are provided free of charge to accepted applicants. Training materials and certifications remain the property of Casino Party Dealers.
Independent Contractor Status
Dealers in our network are independent contractors, not employees of Casino Party Dealers. We are not responsible for wages, benefits, taxes, or employment obligations related to work performed through our network. Any employment relationship exists solely between the dealer and the event company that books them.
Conduct Standards
Dealers in our network agree to maintain professional conduct at all events, including appropriate attire, punctual arrival, and respectful interaction with clients and guests. Violations may result in removal from the network.
4. Business Owner Program
If you submit an inquiry to launch your own casino party business through Casino Party Dealers, your contact information will be used by our business development team to schedule a discovery call. Submissions are not binding and create no obligation on either party. Any future business partnership, mentorship, or service agreement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
