Why Baristas Crush It

You Already Have the Skills That Matter Most

Casino party dealing isn't about gambling expertise — it's about reading a room, keeping a crowd happy, and moving fast under pressure. Sound familiar?

You Handle Rushes

A 7am espresso line is harder than a craps table. You already know how to stay calm, keep your hands moving, and remember 12 orders at once.

💬

You Read People

You can spot the regular who needs a smile vs the one who needs space. That's exactly what makes a great party dealer — entertainment, not intimidation.

💰

You Earn Tips

You know tips beat hourly. Casino party guests tip the dealer who makes the table fun — and they tip in cash, every single shift.

You Follow a Process

Pump, steam, pour, latte art. Shuffle, deal, pay, collect. Casino games run on muscle memory — and you've already proven you can build it.

🎉

You Make It Fun

The best baristas turn a transaction into a moment. Casino party guests aren't gambling — they're celebrating. Your energy is the product.

You Want Your Mornings Back

Casino events run 6pm–11pm on weekends. Sleep in, see your friends during the day, and earn more in 4 hours than a full coffee shift.

How You Become a Dealer

Three steps. About two weeks. Zero gambling experience required.

01

Apply in 3 Minutes

Tell us where you live, when you're free, and a little about your customer-service background. If you've worked at Starbucks, Peet's, Philz, Blue Bottle, Dutch Bros, or any coffee shop — say so. We love that resume.

02

Free Hands-On Training

Two evening sessions on real casino equipment. We'll teach you blackjack first (easiest, most common), then add roulette, craps, and poker as you grow. You don't need to know the games — most of our trainees have never gambled in their lives.

03

Work Your First Event

You get paired with a veteran dealer for your first 1–2 gigs. After that, you pick the events that fit your schedule from our open-events board. Get paid same-week. Keep all your tips.

Your Last Open Shift Was at 5 AM. Your Next One is at 6 PM.

Apply tonight. Train next week. Be on a table by month's end — earning more, working less, and actually having fun at work.
