A typical casino party dealer job is a single 4-hour event on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evening. You arrive 30 minutes before guests, set up your table with the event company's equipment, deal during the event window (usually 6pm–10pm or 7pm–11pm), and break down at the end.
The events themselves are entertainment — not real gambling. Guests receive "fun money" chips when they arrive, play casino-style games for the experience, and often exchange chips for raffle tickets at the end of the night. Your job is to run the table, handle the procedural side, and keep the energy fun.
Types of Events We Staff
- Corporate casino nights — End-of-year parties, sales kickoffs, employee appreciation events. Often the highest-paying and most regular work.
- Fundraisers & galas — Hospital foundations, school PTAs, nonprofit charity nights. Steady work, especially Oct–May.
- Weddings — Casino-themed receptions, rehearsal dinners, after-parties. Often shorter shifts but high-tip events.
- Private parties — Birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties.
- Holiday parties — Concentrated November–January demand. Best earners of the year for active dealers.

Why Dealers Love These Casino Dealer Jobs
You're not stuck behind a counter — you're the entertainer running the table everyone crowds around, cracking jokes, hyping up wins, and keeping the energy high. New dealers start on blackjack-only events and add games like roulette, craps, and poker as they grow. Best of all, you keep your cash tips from guests — no tip pooling.
